What does the warranty cover?

Find out what is covered by the product warranty.

What exactly does the Pioneer DJ manufacturer's warranty cover?

Any defects in parts, materials, or workmanship are guaranteed.

Will you replace my product with a new one?

Our policy is to attempt to repair your unit first - if we're unable to repair it after multiple attempts, we'll replace it.

What about missing parts?

If they're missing from the package at time of purchase, we'll replace it at no cost. If it's something you've lost later on, we can direct you where to buy a replacement.

What's not covered?

There are some things we don't cover in our warranty, such as:

  • cosmetic damage
  • spills or other liquid damage
  • exposure to temperatures beyond normal product operating ranges
  • drops or negligence
  • wear and tear caused by normal use
